It looks like it is under investigation now. Xamarin issues are reported through the Issues tab of the Xamarin.Forms GIT repository. I doubt new bugs reports are monitored there anymore. Old bugs were migrated to the new system. I went do a report through VS and I see someone else did report it. It hasnt been the reporting method for many months.
